New Call of Duty: This studio is working on it!

After a few rumors that Call of Duty should not get a new main part in 2023, Publisher Activision recently reported. According to them, the development of the popular shooter series is changed from an annual release to an always on model.

Production of the next Call of Duty started

This year, players still receive modern Warfare 2, the successor to the title from 2019. This is currently developed by the Developer Studio Infinity Ward and will continue to trade in the fall of this year. As fans of the call-of-duty series certainly know, the developer studios alternate with work on a new part, which the annual release was even possible.

According to the well-known Leaper Tom Henderson, the Studio Sledge Hammer started Games, which was last worked on Call of Duty: Vanguard, the pre-production of her next call-of-duty offshoot. Many information about the new title, which should probably appear in 2024, are not yet known. However, we know that Sledhammer has sufficient ideas for a trilogy of the Vanguard series.
