In this Hangout event, you’ll accompany Heizou as you solve an illegal trade case, educate people about a scam, and analyze unfinished murder cases from years ago. Hangout Event Shikanoin Heizou consists of five endings. Completing all of them will unlock the Memories of the Heart achievement titled You thought we were real, huh?

How to unlock Hangout Event Shikanoin Heizou in Genshin Impact
You can unlock Heizou’s Hangout Event by using the two story keys in the Hangout section of the Story Quest menu. To start a video meeting, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Reach adventure rank 40 or higher
- Complete the Archon quest chapter II: Act III-Omnipresent over mortals
- Complete Raiden Shogun’s Story Quest Imperatrix Umbrosa Chapter: Act II-Transient Dreams
- Complete the story quest Arataki Itto, Taurus Irakundus, Chapter: Act I-Arise, Golden Soul
How to select a storytelling breakpoint in Hangout Events in Genshin Impact
A descriptive breakpoint is a story segment in Hangout Events. Since each ending can be obtained based on your choices, and since multiple endings have similar story paths, you can start at a specific checkpoint to save time by repeating the hangout from the beginning. However, you can only access storytelling checkpoints that you have already unlocked.
To access storytelling checkpoints, enter the quest menu and click on Story Quests in the bottom left corner of the screen and go to the Hangout Events tab. Click on Shikanoin Heizou and select Act I: Trap Them With a Storm. Select a narrative breakpoint, then click Continue Game in the bottom right corner of the screen.
All Shikanoin Heizou Hangout Endings in Genshin Impact
Below, each ending is divided into narrative breakpoints. You only need to select the dialogue options under the given checkpoints to get the appropriate ending. Any dialogue option not listed below will not affect the outcome of the video call.
Ending 1: Memories don’t evaporate
Intuitive fee
- Heizo will try to convince you to join him in investigating the missing item on Watatsumi Island. Answer with one of the following answers:
- Okay, I’m curious about your dream too.. I will assist in your investigation.
- I think your dream has indeed come true, but I will follow you since you decided to stay..
Time for a whisper
- Heizo will talk about Goro’s suspicion. Answer: Okay, you convinced me that there might be some kind of secret here. What are we doing?
Ending 2: Free Onikabuto Lunch

- Heizo will try to convince you to join him in investigating the missing item on Watatsumi Island. Answer with one of the following answers:
- I’m curious about your dream, but it’s my job to bring you back.
- Your dream really came true, so I think I should bring you back first. Someone is worried about your safety.

- Heizou asks you to choose which business to continue. Select Answer about approving the message Heizou says it’s a scam.

- During the game, train Itto by choosing the option Itto, take care of Etsu and Iba!
Ending 3: Three Unexplained

Ending 4: There is a secret

Three things
- Heizou asks you to choose which business to continue. Choose from any of the following options:
*Maybe in Hanamizaka, children are bullied by the Prince of Mischief.- I’m more concerned about a letter complaining about you.
- Missing dog named Orient Express.
Motive?
- In this section, you need to study Ryuuji’s case files. Before talking to Haze go to the nearest bookshelves and read all eight case files in any order:
- Autopsy report of Takatsukasa Isamu
- Testimony of Ryuuji
- Shiroyama’s Testament
- Takatsukasa’s message to Isamu
- Condemnation of Ryuuji
- Toxicological report
- Investigation protocol from the Office of Forensic Science
- Condemnation of Shiroyama
- After talking to Heizou, answer Yes.
- He will ask you which clue reveals the criminal’s motive. Reply with Shiroyama’s Testament and Takatsukasa’s Message to Isamu.
Operand mode?
- Heizou will ask you which clue confirms the culprit’s funds. Reply with Yes. Then select Takatsukasa Isamu’s Autopsy Report, Shiroyama’s Will, and Toxicology Report.
Last hint
- Heizou shows you the contents of a blank sheet of paper and asks you how the perpetrator committed the crime. Reply with Cold medicine and fish liver paste mixed into a white powder!
Your answer
- When revealing the results of the Sango and Ryuji case, select the option Sango was wrong about Heizo, and Shiroyama was really the killer.
Completing this hangout ending by answering all of the correct clues as above will earn you the Achievement Memories called Perfect Detective Me.
Ending 5: Celebrity Investigator’s Principles
Ending 5 is an alternate ending to ending 4 so start at the last story checkpoint and just make a different choice.
